Darren Grayson has introduced a 'weekly message' to all staff as a way of recognising and thanking particular individuals, teams and services for their contribution and to engage everyone in the work of our trust.
Each week it is emailed to all trust staff and to a wide external circulation including the NHS across Sussex; local MPs and the local media.
