The service is provided by the NHS and East Sussex County Council and provides physiotherapy, occupational therapy and speech and language therapy across East Sussex.

It aims to provide a high quality, safe service which is efficient, accessible and effective. Staff deliver services to children and young people in their own environment (for example, at home, in a children’s centre, at pre-school or school) or as close to it as possible whenever practical.

We aim to work in partnership with children, young people and their families and with colleagues in the multi-agency team around them when planning, monitoring and delivering services.
