Kind donation for baby unit
The Special Care Baby Unit at Eastbourne DGH has received a kind donation from Eastbourne Ladies Circle.
A cheque for £550 was handed over to the unit to help the purchase of vital equipment for the treatment of young babies.
Ladies Circle raised the money by holding a charity cinema afternoon in Hailsham pavilion, where they sold tickets to friends and family to see a film and held a cakes sale and raffle. The event was sponsored by Eastbourne Round Table, Park Lane Group and LMDB accountants.
